I havent tried this green I would love to try this one... I love it!
Claudia - This was my first time preparing it. My mama had made it once when I went back home but she had sauteed it in some olive oil and it was amazing that way too. If you try this simple side dish you'll have to share with me your thoughts.
YUM. I love Kale SOOOO much... never thought of using rice vinegar to season it. Definitely trying that soon :)
Becka - It gave it a subtle tang. I really enjoyed it served this way. So simple and easy.
Like Claudia, I've never made kale. I'll have to give it a shot...such a simple recipe. I have no excuse not to try :) Thanks for the inspiration!
I like Kale but rarely eat it. This seasoning sounds pretty good, so I will be eating kale soon! thanks for sharing.
Lizzy - I am shocked by how many people now told me they haven't prepared kale. I thought I was the only one. Haha! It is simple and if you like dark leafy greens then this is a winner.
Tina - You're welcome!
I love kale - what a quick and easy recipe now that kale is in season.
Jeanette - Perfect for that CSA arrival.
Never had kale with rice vinegar before - will be trying it next time we have some!
Peggy - It wasn't my first thought to use it either but happy I stuck with what the recipe suggested.
