Holly - You don't even taste the avocado but it really helps give the smoothie a creamy finish. Love it!

Kim - I am so happy that this is a recipe you'd be proud to prepare for your daughter. I really love the recipes out of that cookbook.

I love the idea of using avocado for extra silkiness...they are so healthy...full of all those great fats. And who doesn't want to cook from the Flat Belly Cookbook? Keep 'em coming!

Lizzy - I can't wait to try more recipes. Haven't made one thing yet that I haven't liked out of the cookbook.

That's clever ... using avocado to give it the creaminess instead of cream! Can't imagine the taste combination tho, avocado and mango ... just gotta give it a try! Thanks!

Ping - The flavor combination is amazing! Very tropical. I made a mango black bean salsa before and the pairing of mango and avocado then was delicious so I knew this would be as well.

Mama - I am glad I had you to try it first and then all of your rave reviews had me ready to run to the store to buy the ingredients. So glad I finally got around to making it.

Ang - You'll have to let me know how you like it!

Kelsey - Yummy! Is almost an understatement! That good!
